Bieber song and Bollywood movie: Top 10 disliked videos on YouTube

The phenomenal YouTube emergence has become a new metre to gauge the popularity of an artist, movie or video. And a money-minting tool as well!

However, it seems that featuring on YouTube may give one notoriety as well as fans have direct access to show their disliking with a single click.

And same happened to Alia Bhatt, Justin Bieber and Baby Shark as videos related to them are part of a rather infamous list: most disliked on YouTube.

And even YouTube itself faced the fans backlash for two of its own videos.

Here is a look at Top 10 most disliked videos on YouTube:

1: YouTube Rewind 2018: Everyone Controls Rewind

Dislikes: 18 MILLION

Topping the charts is none other than a video created by YouTube. YouTube does a look back at the year in a video form called Rewind and the one made in 2018 takes the most disliked video crown. Why? 8-minutes long and full of weird memes and awful music.

2: Sadak 2 trailer

Dislikes: 13 MILLION

This Bollywood film got a backlash due to the nepotism debate in the aftermath of the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput. It became the 2nd most hated YouTube video within a week of its launch. Directed by Mahesh Bhatt and Produced by Mukesh Bhatt the film cast includes Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt and Alia Bhatt.

3: Justin Bieber - Baby (Official Music Video) ft. Ludacris

Dislikes: 12 MILLION

Quite a paradox is this video in terms of likes and dislikes. It has 16 million likes but 12 million dislikes as well. The world as they say — or at least one point — was divided between the ‘Beliebers’ *cringe alert* and the non-Beliebers *double cringe alert*.

4: Baby Shark Dance

Dislikes: 11 MILLION

There are so many version of Baby Shark that this one has to be super duper annoying to find a place on this list. However, it is also one of the most viewed videos on YouTube and has even 25million likes as well.

5: YouTube Rewind 2019: For the Record

Dislikes: 9.3 million dislikes

Another Rewind video from YouTube and the same result. Except that this video saw 50% fewer dislikes than the one in 2018. Maybe the 2020 Rewind won’t make this list!

6: Johny Johny Yes Papa: THE BEST Song for Children

Dislikes: 8.8 MILLION

It seems like a lot of children’s videos aren’t really liked by people across the world. They can be annoying to be fair, like this simple song which got 8.8million dislikes. However, it was also liked by 13million fans.

7: Miroshka TV — Learning Colors Multi-Colored Eggs on the Farm

Dislikes: 7 MILLION

A song based on the tune of Old Macdonald Had a Farm but in Russian. And with annoying cartoons. And it is really long. And it’s not a surprise that it is on this list.

8: Bath Song

Dislikes: 6.1 MILLION

Coco Melon is quite a popular kids’ YouTube channel with 100s of videos. The Bath Song is to the tune of Baby Shark and annoyingly catchy. It got 6.1million dislikes from fans.

Dislikes: 5.4 MILLION

One of the few proper songs on the list which has over 2 million likes as well. We aren’t sure how this ended up on the list. It's mediocre at worst and fans give it a justified snub.

10: Can this video get 1 million dislikes? — PewDiePie

Dislikes: 5.2 MILLION

You ask for it and you would get manifolds. Perhaps the biggest YouTube star around. PewDiePie asked his ‘fans’ and they delivered more than what he wanted. The video ended up getting over 5 million dislikes.
