Snowfall: Leepa Valley cut off

Snowfall in Leepa Valley of Azad Kashmir has cut the region from the rest of the country for up to 6 days.

According to 24NewsHD TV channel, the residents were left in the lurch. Reportedly, the residents have been risking their life to move to get food and other needy stuff on a self-help basis.

The region has its contact with other parts of the county cut off for a few days. Reportedly, the the temperature has been dropping in Neelum Valley, Leepa Valley and other upper parts of Azad Kashmir for the last couple of weeks, setting alarm bells ringing.  Such harsh condition are likely to continue.
