Supreme Court of Pakistan Justice Jamal Mandokhel has dismissed appeal filed against former Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Issa and Justice Sardar Tariq Masood after the appeal gets ineffective, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Advocate Shahid Rana had filed application in the apex court seeking action against former judges for hearing cases despite stay orders on Practice and Procedure Act.
Registrar office had returned the application by putting up several objections on it.
