A youth was brutally murdered in Daharki for honour, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Addressing a press conference, SSP Abdul Sammi Soomro said that the suspects kidnapped Ali Nawaz Laghari and murdered him before chopping off his body into pieces.
He informed that the police had recovered the youth’s body from within the limits of Khainjoo police station besides arresting Shahzad Mahar, a key suspect in the case.
He also informed that a manhunt had been launched for the arrest of Mahar’s accomplices.
Speaking on the occasion, DSP Ubauro Abdul Qadir Soomro said that Laghari had been missing for the last three days.
He went on to say that during questioning the suspect confessed he had killed the youth before severing his head from his body with an axe.
