On the direction of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the government officers’ good evaluation performance report will be linked to their attempt to address the public grievances, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

It has been suggested that government officers will be awarded extra numbers and grades in their Annual Confidential Reports if they redress the public complaints. 

As per the circular sent by Premier Khan to the establishment division on Friday, the division has been tasked to devise a plan in this regard. 

It is the foremost responsibility of a government official to remove the grievances of the people and it is the best tool to analyze his performance, the circular added.
