A bogie of Khyber Mail train was derailed at Hussainabad area of Hyderabad on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Railways police said that they have received the news of the derailment of bogie No six and they were rushing to the site.
The incident occurred near Hussainabad Guddu Naka where the Khyber Mail car was derailed from the train track.
Earlier, the preliminary investigation report on the Ghotki train accident stated that the incident “occurred when a welding joint of the track broke, causing derailment of the Millat Express train bogies”.

It is pertinent to note that over 65 people were killed and more than 100 were injured in the wee hours of Monday when Sir Syed Express and the Millat Express collided near Ghotki.
The initial report has also been forwarded to Railways Minister Azam Swati.
Reports said that breaking of the welding joint of the uptrack's right side derailed 12 coaches of the Millat Express that crashed into the down track. Within minutes the Karachi-bound Sir Syed Express appeared on the scene and rammed into the derailed coaches, causing devastation.
