The gold prices continue to reach new heights Wednesday as the glittering metal saw another increase of Rs700 per tola, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Bazar Association, the price of one tola of gold reached Rs131,400 after seeing another increase of Rs700.
The price of 10-gram gold also increased by Rs600 and was being traded for Rs112,654.
The continuous increase in gold price is as per the international trend as the investors are heavily investing in the yellow metal in wake of the Russia-Ukraine war as it is considered as the safe haven in turbulent times.
In the international market, the price of one ounce of gold saw an increase of $6 and has reached $2015 per ounce.
