Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has summoned Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf leader and Member of National Assembly Shandana Gulzar Khan on March 14 over accusations against Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the details, Shandana Gulzar had alleged that the CM Punjab was involved in the killing of PTI worker Zille Shah.
FIA issued notice to Shandana on the written complaint of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) worker Shoaib Mirza.
Reacting to Gulzar’s allegations, Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari said
Shandana summoned for campaigning against state authorities and inciting people.
Azma Bukhari said that Shandana Gulzar should provide evidence of her allegations. “We will not allow her to flee,” Bukhari said.
She said that Shandana Gulzar spoke inappropriately against Maryam Nawaz and Shandana Gulzar is busy inciting people against the country.
A complaint was filed against her in FIA and now Shandana Gulzar has to give evidence in the FIA inquiry. She will not be allowed to use a woman card and give the audio if she has and it will be forensically conducted.
The PTI leader had blamed the newly-elected CM of Punjab for Shah’s death and claimed that she had an audio recording to prove her stance.

The PTI leadership had accused the then PML-N government of killing Shah outside PTI founder Imran Khan’s Zaman Park residence in Lahore.
FIA has directed Shandana Gulzar to appear in cyber-crime reporting center Lahore.
It is stated in the FIA’s notice that if Shandana Gulzar will not appear in the institution then it would be considered that she has nothing to say in her defense.
