The Pakistan International Airline (PIA) left the passengers along with their luggage at the Madinah International Airport causing distrust among passengers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The PIA flight PK-9784 took off from Madinah airport six hours before the scheduled time of 9:30 pm. The flight left behind a complete group of Umrah pilgrims comprising 21 passengers.

The pilgrims now have no confirmed ticket for the next flight and also got no money to stay in the hotel as the group comprised men, women and kids.

Sources claimed that the standard passengers will be adjusted in the PIOA Sialkot flight and the remaining will be adjusted in the Lahore flight.

Sources further claimed that passengers will be provided with a hotel stay.

Earlier, Saudi aviation authorities sacked the Jeddah Airport CEO after a week of chaos and failing to manage the flight schedule rush on Eid and after the Holy month of Ramadan.
