Cabinet taking up 13-point agenda

 Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over his cabinet meeting to take up a 13-point agenda, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

The meeting mulled over the ongoing financial and political situation in the country and devise a strategy to deal with the opposition parties.

Approval for further extension of the Afghanistan-Pakistan Transit Trade Agreement and approval of the Chairman of Export Processing Zones Authority are on the list.

The meeting will review the October 28 decision of the Cabinet Committee on Institutional Reforms and ratify the ECC decisions while slots of CEOs, MDs of Ministry of Science, Ministry of National Food and Administrative Institutions and Islamabad Criminal Prosecution Act 2021 draft are too on the agenda.

The cabinet will seal the fate of gas price for the export sector while it will review recommendations on the appointment of interim MD of NTDCL.
