Court reserves judgment on acquittal pleas of PTI founder Imran and Bushra Bibi in Tosha Khana 2 case

Accountability Court Rawalpindi has reserved its judgment on the acquittal pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi in Tosha Khana 2 case which will be announced on November 12, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Hearing on Tosha Khana 2 case was held in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand on Friday. During the hearing, PTI founder’s lawyer and Special Public Prosecutor completed their arguments on the pleas.

PTI founder was presented in the court room while Bushra Bibi also visited Adiala Jail to hear the case. In the Tosha Khana 2 case, Accountability Court postponed the indictment of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in the case. After hearing the arguments of both sides, Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand announced that verdict on acquittal pleas will be announced on November 12.
