Stylish batsman and wicketkeeper Muhammad Rizwan responding to the three changes PCB made in the Men’s T20 World Cup squad claimed on Saturday that late selection would affect the team’s performance, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a virtual press conference on the upcoming Mend’s T20 World Cup in which Pakistan have to face its first T20 match against arch-rival India, Rizwan said that all matches put pressure on players including the Pakistan-India match.
He said the Pakistan team will play the match against India with a normal mindset.
Rizwan said National T20 Cup helped the players to prepare for the T20 World Cup. He said wicket conditions always play an important role in a match. He was confident that the Pakistan team was balanced. Rizwan said COVID-19 has added uncertainty to the game of cricket.
