Sindh 12-year students can now also get corona vaccination

Sindh Directorate of Private Schools made vaccination of 12-year-old students mandatory in a new order issued on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The age for the vaccination of students has been further reduced as previously, vaccination was compulsory for students with 15 years of age.

District Education Officer (DEO) will supervise the vaccination process.

A team from the Directorate of Schools will visit and inspect the vaccination campaign.

As per the NCOC, there are still 22,741 active cases of COVID-19 in Sindh.
