At least eight women passengers got injured when a Metro bus went out of control in Lahore on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The accident occurred at Lahore Metro bus station near Janazgah on Lytton Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle and it hit the security fence on the elevated track.

The injured passengers were shifted to Mayo Hospital immediately for treatment.

Moreover, the accident occurred due to the negligence of the Metro bus administration.

Media representatives reached the spot but the Metro staff avoided to divulge any details to them.
