CM Mohsin Naqvi's inaugurates several development projects during whirlwind visit of Multan

Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited Multan Thursday and inaugurated several development projects in the city.

He was accompanied by various ministers and officials who traveled with him on a van.

The Chief Minister inaugurated the South City Hospital, which was pending since 2014, and the Nishtar Hospital II, which was incomplete for five years. He also laid the foundation stone of a cadet college on 919 kanals of land, which will be completed by December 2025. He also launched the Safe City project and the Nawabpur Road project. He virtually inaugurated the upgraded building of Seetal Maari police station and 36 more police stations in the province. He also inaugurated a Paraplegic Center at the South City Hospital.

The Chief Minister also chaired a special meeting at the South Punjab Secretariat, where he reviewed the election arrangements and instructed to install cameras at polling stations by February 6.

He also met with the district bar association officials of Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and Dera Ghazi Khan and agreed to continue cooperation for the welfare of lawyers.

The Chief Minister said that he would return to his profession after completing his term. He also said that he would take up the task of Pakistan Cricket Board if given the opportunity.

He said that staying away from politics was good for him and that development was not possible without hard work.
