Another PIA crewmember ‘vanishes' abroad, thanks to admin’s inaction

Another crewmember of the Pakistan Internarial Airline (PIA) ‘vanished’ abroad, the 24NewsHD reported on Thursday.

A spokesperson for the national flag carrier confirmed that PIA Flight Steward Jibran Baloch did not turn up for duty on return from Toronto on February 29.

Jibran Baloch's alleged disappearance has been reported to the Toronto Police and the Border Security Force, the official said.

A few days ago, an air hostess ‘vanished’ in Toronto. About 12 PIA crewmembers went missing from a PIA flight in Toronto in a few months.

The main reason for these ‘disappearances ’ is the bleak future of the national airline and extremely low salaries.
