Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has said the Pak squad for the England series will be announced on Wednesday, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.

In an informal media conversation during his visit to the National Stadium in Karachi, he said there has been a discussion with the international consultant and the bid for upgrading the stadium will be on May 7.

There is no reason why India should not enter the Champions Trophy, he said, adding that the board has released the schedule and all the teams will come to Pakistan

“If India is doing propaganda, you should do it too,” he said

He visited the media box in the main building. The PCB chief took a tour of the High-Performance Centre, checked facilities and issued instructions to finish the task at the earliest.

The National Bank Stadium will be the best in the world, said adding that soon there will be good news of construction of a five-star hotel on PCB land
