Ex-judge Shaukat Aziz moves SC for dismissal case hearing date

Former judge of Islamabad High Court Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui has filed an application in the Supreme Court to set the case against his dismissal for early hearing, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

In his application, he pleaded that the case against his dismissal should be fixed for hearing in the week starting from November 6.

He further stated the appeal against the dismissal has not been scheduled for a hearing even after a year.

Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui further stated that the last hearing of the case was held on the 12th of June 2022.

The Supreme Court has been requested to declare the orders of dismissal null and void,
