CM Sindh Murad presides over Cabinet meeting

Sindh Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah Wednesday presided over a meeting of the provincial cabinet, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Syed Murad Ali Shah said that the Pakistan People’s Party served the people in its terms and they have tried to reach out to every section of the society.

"Record development works have been done. We are with the people in the hour of need," said the Sindh CM.

The cabinet took up a 36-point agenda.  The Revenue Board proposed amendments to rules for the assessment of agricultural land in urban areas in the meeting. Amendments in Sindh Evaluation Table of Immovable Property rules were also approved along with the establishment of the Sindh Workers Welfare Board in the meeting.

The meeting approved laying the 105 km railway line from Thar Coalfield to Chhor.

Provincial Minister Imtiaz Sheikh said that the government should pay 50% loan of the total cost for laying the railway line and the PR department will pay its share to Sindh from the profits earned.

Provincial ministers, advisers, special assistants, chief secretary, chairman P&D and other relevant officers participated in the meeting
