A mother of five children allegedly was poisoned to death in Muridke, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The relatives of the deceased protested by blocking GT Road in front of THQ Hospital against administration for not doing autopsy.
According to the relatives, the hospital administration said that the lady doctor is on leave for a month, the autopsy should be done elsewhere.
The relatives of the deceased alleged that 45-year-old Shakeela was poisoned while led to her death. They further alleged that the accused kidnapped the deceased four months ago. Later he killed her and was burying the dead body secretly but they reached the spot suddenly, the relatives said.
However, police claimed that they have arrested accused Rana Boota.
While staging the protest, the relatives of the deceased appealed Punjab chief minister and IG Punjab to provide them justice.
