Announcing that Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly (NA) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif and his son, Leader of the Opposition in the Punjab Assembly (PA) Hamza Shehbaz would be indicted on February 18, FIA’s Special Central Court in Lahore on Thursday handed copies of challan to them and 15 others in a money laundering case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The interim bail granted to both father, son and co-suspects was also extended.
Later talking to the media outside the court, Hamza Shehbaz said that ousting Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government through constitutional means had become a national duty now.

Hamza said now it was up to the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) to decide whether to bring no-trust move in the provincial assembly or the National Assembly first.
He further said that the PTI government could not prove even a single allegation against him and his father PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, who, he added, had even been given a clean chit by the authorities in the UK.
Lashing out at the government for what he called wrecking the country’s economy, Hamza alleged that the ‘selected’ Prime Minister Imran Khan had made Pakistan, an atomic power, subservient to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Opposition leader in PA went on to add that the prime minister would have to be held accountable in foreign funding and Tosha Khana cases. “Lo and behold! Imran you will have to explain your position with respect to the accusations against you,” he said, adding already Faisal Vawda, a member of your kitchen cabinet, had been disqualified by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
