In an interview with Tauseeq Haider, at Rising Pakistan TV programme, veteran actress Nadia Afgan blasted the new actors who entered in the industry by getting fame through a viral video clip, saying that talentless people are becoming stars.
She voiced her opinion and said that in the past, actors had to go through to a very hard work and complete process of learning. Now, they are not taught the work and welcomed into the field by advertising agencies on the basis of anything that goes popular and most viewed by people. She said that the advertising agencies do not care the type of content newbies create.
The ‘Shashlik’ actress said that there is rush of people in the market who calls themselves actors but the talent has become very rare in industry as a result of this fame-base selection.
She continued by saying that industry has adopted a lot of favoritism on the basis of people’s liking and beauty of actors.
While sharing her own experience, she explained that she was doing an advertisement for a telecom company and they needed to decide on her makeup look but they were unable to do so. Consequently, they just simply opened an Instagram account and selected a random photo then suggested the look.

The actress then grieved on that sort of change who do not have any kind of innovative ideas and lack creativeness in themselves but are being promoting.
