Even though YouTuber Major (r) Adil Raja apologized, Pakistani actress Kubra Khan filed a defamation case against him for hurling serious allegations at her and other actresses saying that they were involved with the establishment and official institutes for tricking the politicians into traps.

Rabia Khan who goes by the stage name of Kubra Khan was ordered by Sindh High Court to appear before the federal probing team to record her statement.

It was claimed in media reports that in the last hearing, the investigating officer submitted a report of the case's progress in court, as the case was registered with the cybercrime circle of FIA in the port city.

It was stated in the report that the data on alleged social media accounts should be provided to the focal person of the Telecom authority for further action. The officer demanded that the court should issue an order for the petitioner Kubra Khan to join the investigation team to record her statement.

However, the court adjourned the hearing till the last week of January.

Last week, Kubra Khan provoked the court against defamatory allegations hurled by retired Major Adil Raja against her and three other actresses.

FIA and the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) was then ordered by the court to remove the offensive content from the internet relating to Kubra Khan and the other actresses.

Even though Raja gave only the initials of the names of these actresses (AK, SA, MK and MH), the netizens swiftly figured out who he was referring to. As soon as Adil Raja published his vlog, netizens shared photos of the mentioned actresses with derogatory comments.

Top Pakistani actresses Sajal Aly, Mehwish Hayat, Mahira Khan and Kubra Khan strongly reacted to Adil Raja's comments and their ensuing character assassination on social media. So much so that Kubra Khan warned Adil Raja to retract his statement within three days and apologise publiclly or get ready for a defamation suit in London.

Kubra recently posted on her Instagram saying “Closing my eyes to all the negativity. Ima start my year today! HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!”
