In a resounding display of political solidarity, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Tuesday concluded a vibrant rally in Dera Bugti, drawing a massive crowd, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the report, the event, spearheaded by the leadership of Sardar Mir Sarfraz Bugti, former federal interior minister, unfolded as a testament to the party's enduring connection with the people of Dera Bugti.
The rally featured a scheduled address by former President of Pakistan and PPP stalwart, Asif Ali Zardari. However, due to inclement weather conditions, the visit was regrettably postponed.
Despite this setback, Zardari expressed gratitude to all attendees and supporters, extending thanks to those who participated in the rally and left their mark in the short duration.
At the Sui Airport, Asif Ali Zardari emphasized the significance of the region in the party's legacy, calling Dera Bugti an integral part of the PPP's identity.
Asif Ali Zardari assured the people that addressing pressing issues, such as ensuring gas reaches every household in the region, remains a top priority for the PPP.
