Fog around Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore reduced visibility on runway which affected flight schedule, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
According to schedule, six flights to and from Lahore Airport were cancelled, four flights diverted and more than 20 flights delayed.
In this regard, Etihad Air flight EY-285 to Abu Dhabi has been cancelled and AirBlue flight PA-401 Lahore to Karachi was also cancelled while AirBlue flight PA-402 from Karachi to Lahore was also cancelled.
Moreover, AirBlue flight PA-405 Lahore to Karachi was suspended and AirBlue flight PA-406 from Karachi to Lahore was also called off.
Further, AirBlue flight PA-430 Lahore to Abu Dhabi was delayed by 12 hours and 20 minutes and Saudi Air flight SV-739 Lahore to Jeddah was also delayed by 20 hours and 35 minutes.
Similarly, AirSial flight PA-732 from Lahore to Muscat was delayed by 32 hours and flight will be departed at 7pm Saturday from Lahore.
Likewise, AirBlue flight PA-431 from Abu Dhabi was delayed by 14 hours.
