In a shocking incident at Azeem Town of Haroonabad in south Punjab, two kids were strangulated to death with police suspecting their father for their death, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

SHO Faqirwali police station Faraz Wattoo said that the children had been identified as 12-year-old Ahmad Yar and eight-year-old Khadija.

The SHO further said that the children’s father Nadeem, who had been missing for the last several days, might be involved in the incident. “A police team has been constituted for his arrest,” he informed.
