Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has asked people to take a break from social media amidst the tragic happenings of Covid-19.
Actress Shilpa’s husband and kids have contracted the disease of the moment: Coronavirus.

This made the actress took to her social media in an attempt to motivate.
Shilpa says that if you are feeling ambushed by the current situation it is totally fine to take a break from social media because the battle which we are all facing is definitely not a walk in the garden.

She urges everyone to take some time off and mentally wander to a place where rational thinking can be observed so that we can further be of ‘stable’ help to others.

She says that this is the time to show strength and we must do anything to replenish our strength department so that we can emerge stronger than before.
Shilpa ends the speech with ‘stay strong, stay safe’ fuelling the public to stay sane amidst the current struggles.
Shilpa wrote “If you’re feeling overwhelmed by whatever is happening around us, it’s okay to take a break from social media. For everyone who is dealing with someone battling Covid-19, or has been helping others find the resources they need, I understand that this battle is not easy for any of us.”
“Take some time off. You need to mentally be in a place that allows you to think on your feet and be fit enough to help others. Do whatever allows you to strengthen yourself and come back stronger to do what you can,” “Stay strong, stay safe!”
