The Lahore High Court Wednesday constituted a division bench to hear the appeal of the rejected candidate of the ruling PTI Jamsheed Cheema from the Election Commission for contesting NA-133 by-elections tomorrow (Thursday).

According to the 24News HD TV channel, Justice Shahid Waheed and Justice Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal were included in the two members’ bench of the LHC to hear the appeal of the PTI candidate.

The petition of Jamsheed Iqbal Cheema's wife Musarat Jamsheed Cheema who was a covering candidate from the party has also been fixed for hearing on the same bench tomorrow.

Mubeen Qazi Advocate would appear before the LHC division bench from the petitioners and present his arguments against the rejection of his client's nomination papers on the wrong basis.
