Ali Bukhari Advocate represented the petitioner in the court.

The judge, on the occasion, asked as to who was representing the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the Interior Ministry.

Ex-MNA’s lawyer said that a case had been registered against his client in 2022 for protesting outside the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) building.

The court asked whether the petitioner was on bail. The SHO replied in affirmative.

The court further asked whether challan in the case had been submitted.
