Famous Pakistani Tiktok star Kanwal Aftab has appeared as a guest on ‘Farrukh Waraich Show’ podcast where she responded to all the criticism over her luxury lifestyle.
The lady discussed her financial history and present situation.
While addressing the critics, Kanwal said:
“Many people believe we were inferior before becoming social media influencers, but that is not the case.
Previously, Zulqernain (her husband) and I used our parents’ money, and we were doing pretty well.
However, we did not showcase our lifestyle to the world since we were not influencers back then. But now, with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, we have platforms for content creation, and we show everything. As a result, people think we have become rich.”
Further, she stated that she belonged to a middle-class family and was a part of the middle-class community. This statement became the reason for her trolling.
Some of the social users criticized her for referring to herself as middle class.
“Wow, saal mei 5 dafa foreign countries jati or medium class”
“2 fortuner wala middle-class ni hota bibi”
