Woman gives birth to quintuplets in Kharian

A woman gave birth to quintuplets – four boys and a girl – at a private hospital in Kharian, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

According to the TV channel, the children were born to one Javed, resident of Kotla Qasim Khan in District Kharian. The family was overjoyed over the birth of the quintuplets.

Doctors at the Iqbal Memorial Hospital said that the mother and all her five children are in good health.

Recently, a woman gave birth to quintuplets at Peshawar’s Lady Reading Hospital. The newborns include three boys and two girls.

Also in February this year, a woman gave birth to quintuplets at THQ Hospital Taunsa Sharif.
