In a tweet, Moonis said that Punjab police should prioritize its performance instead of indulging in a dilemma of posts.

On the other hand, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) parliamentary leader in Punjab Assembly Syed Hassan Murtaza submitted a notice in the Punjab Assembly. In his notice, he said the Punjab Chief Minister should inform him about the details of the Motorway incident. The Punjab Assembly should be informed about the arrest of the accused and the progress of the case.

It is pertinent to note two men allegedly raped a woman at gunpoint in Gujjarpura area on Wednesday when she was waiting for help on Motorway after her car developed a fault. She was travelling from Lahore to Gujranwala with her children.
