The Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P), one of the supporting parties of the joint opposition in the National Assembly has become annoyed with newly elected Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for not announcing the agreement in his first speech on Monday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the MQM-P leader Waseem Akhtar has said that it is good that the Benazir Income Support Program card has been announced but the agreement with MQM should also have been announced.
Waseem Akhtar said Shehbaz Sharif has become Prime Minister after the agreement with MQM so he has recorded his protest to the newly elected PM.
He further stated that if the Benazir card can be announced then why not MQM agreement? Waseem Akhtar added that this agreement should have been mentioned in Shahbaz Sharif's speech.
