Senate Chairman to administer oath to PM Shehbaz Sharif

Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani will administer the oath to newly elected Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at Presidency at 9 pm today (Monday).
The 24News HD TV Channel reported that President of Pakistan Arif Alvi has decided not to administer an oath to newly elected Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. 
According to the report, to avoid administering the oath to Shehbaz Sharif, President Arif Alvi went on a short leave on medical grounds.
The channel report said that the President’s health has deteriorated and he went on leave.
As per the constitution, in the absence of the President, Senate Chairman will take an oath from the newly elected Prime Minister and if he is also not available for some reason, National Assembly Speaker can administer the oath.
