Samsung has officially begun rolling out the stable One UI 7 update for its flagship Galaxy S24 series. Based on Android 15, this update introduces a host of new customization options, visual enhancements, and advanced Galaxy AI features.
The One UI 7 update is now reaching the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra in several European countries, including Germany, the UK, Poland, Italy, and Hungary.
Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 7 update to Galaxy users in the US, starting with the Galaxy S24 series.
The update brings several AI-powered features, improved personalization, and visual enhancements including a decluttered home screen, revamped widgets, and lock screen updates.
A notable addition is the "Now Bar," a notification feature akin to Apple’s Dynamic Island that displays real-time activities.
The update includes Galaxy AI tools, such as AI Select, which helps create GIFs from videos, and Writing Assist, which enables text summarization and formatting.
A major enhancement for camera users is the Audio Eraser feature, allowing selective audio editing to isolate or remove background sounds.
One UI 7 also boasts deeper integration with Google's Gemini AI, further streamlining everyday smartphone tasks.
The update is available for users across Germany, Poland, the UK, as well as other European countries.
Samsung is expected to roll out the update to more regions in the coming days.
