The allies of the government are getting jittery as the uncontrollable inflation has hit the people hard. The government ally - Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid) – has maintained that the controlling inflation is now linked to the PTI government’s performance, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Punjab Assembly Speaker Ch Pervaiz Elahi advised the government to control spiraling inflation. “If the inflation continues to skyrocket then it will nullify the government’s good deeds,” he remarked.

There is a dire need to chalk out a compact plan to bring down inflation, he said and added, the government must understand if it fails to control inflation, all its performance would vanish.
