Bikers attack at house of PML-N’s former minister in Peshawar

Two unknown motorcycle riders on Sunday attacked the house of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former provincial minister Javed Khan in the Gulbahar area of Peshawar.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Peshawar police have confirmed that the unidentified persons threw a hand grenade at the house of the former minister.
Peshawar police said the grenade fell on the roof of the house but failed to explode and the bomb disposal unit has defused it.
As per the channel report, Peshawar police have started a search operation in the area to arrest the attackers.
The motorcycle riders' act of throwing a hand grenade in the house of a former provincial minister has been captured in close-circuit camera footage installed in the area.
And, the local police have started efforts to identify the attackers from their pictures captured in the close-circuit camera footage.
