PML-N kicks off workers’ conventions to flex political muscles

Conventions start today and will last till December 17

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has decided to conduct workers’ conventions across the country to charge the party workers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Instructions regarding workers’ conventions have been given to the provincial office-bearers of PML-N. The schedule for the conventions has also been issued which starts on December 11 and will last till December 17.

The convention in Lahore will be held on December 14 and all arrangements in this regard would be made by PML-N General Secretary Khawaja Imran Nazeer.

The convention in Sheikhupura will be held on December 15 and all arrangements will be made by PML-N leader Javed Latif. The convention in Kasur will be held on December 16 and all arrangements will be completed by Malik Ahmad Khan. 

The convention in Faisalabad will be held on December 17 and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah will host the event.

On the directions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, PML-N Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Engineer Ameer Muqam will hold convention in Shergarh and Mardan today. Ameer Muqam will also address the party workers in Mardan at 3 PM.
