PTI's ex MPA Ch Arshad kidnapped from Islamabad for 5 days, case registered

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader from Sarai Alamgir, former MPA Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad has been kidnapped from Islamabad for five days, the capital police registered the case, 24News HD TV Channel learnt on Sunday.
According to the ex-MPA's family sources, Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad has been missing from Islamabad police station Margalla for 5 days.
After the writ was filed in the court, the Islamabad police have registered a case of kidnapping under Section 365.
Muhammad Arshad Chaudhry is a seasoned politician of Imran Khan's party, the PTI who was a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab (MPA) from August 2018 till January 2023.
He was born on November 01, 1959, in Sarai Alamgir and has a degree of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws.
He is from the Chaach family of Sarai Alamgir. His brother Chaudhry Muhammed Farooq was a member of the Punjab Assembly from 1988 to 1997, and again in 2002. His uncle Ch Abdul Rahman remained Tehseel Nazim Sarai Alamgir two times.
Arshad Chaudhry was elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a candidate of the Pakistan Muslim League (Q) in a 2002 by-election that was called due to his brother's death. He remained a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from 2002 to 2013.
He was re-elected to the Provincial Assembly as a candidate of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from PP-34 (Gujrat-VII) in 2018.
He is running for a seat in the Provincial Assembly from PP-28 Gujrat-I as a candidate of the PTI in 2023 too.
