Shibli says 13 PTI workers killed on Nov 26, Dar seeks their death certificates

Opposition Leader in Senate Senator Shibli Faraz has said that November 26 will be remembered as black day in the history of the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Addressing the Senate session, Shibli Faraz said before elections 2024, PTI was deprived of electoral symbol but public voted for PTI despite different symbols. 

He said PTI mandated was stolen and the most popular leader was put behind the bar. He said atrocities which were inflicted on PTI leadership and workers were no match of the autocratic days in the country. 

He said in civilized society people protest over atrocities. He said on November 26, 13 PTI workers were martyred and 200 workers were still missing. He said 5000 PTI workers and leaders were languishing in jails. 

He said the political parties which were given the stolen mandate have become party of the past. Shibli said PDM destroyed all departments. 

Deputy Prime Minister Senator Ishaq Dar said that why PTI has forgotten that 2018 elections were also managed for it. During 2018, election results were delayed for 70 hours and Election Commissioner and NADRA chairman were appointed on the advice of Imran Khan. 

Dar urged the Opposition leader to show them the CINC of the victim who were killed on November 26. Dar urged the Opposition to learn from the past. He urged them to think positive, move on and not to malign the country. He said PTI founder should be given relief if it is his right. He said PTI has to answer for 2018 elections.
