Director General (DG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Saturday warned all the zonal directors as the FIA offices are under threat of being attacked by the banned terrorist organizations, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A letter was written by FIA’s higher officials which said that the banned organizations want to target FIA offices and Police stations. The letter said that FIA has earlier been targeted in 2009 and 2010 also. Quetta FIA office was attacked by a hand grenade.

The letter directed that steps be taken for the security and safety of all the offices and that all the preparations be completed with the help of the concerned police. Apart from the offices, the security of the anti-terrorist squad should also be improved, said the letter.
