The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has been arranging an anti-government rally in Malakand, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Monday (today) which will be addressed by Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari shared a tweet while on his way to Malakand for a PDM rally.
In the tweet, Bilawal said, “Join us to march against inflation, corruption and injustices of 7 years of incompetent, illegitimate and puppet rule of PTI which has pushed KP and now all of Pakistan into crisis.”
A rally led by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will start from Shergarh border and will be received by workers at Sakhakot Bazaar, Dargai Bazaar, Dargai Phatak and Malakand Top.
“There will also be historic receptions at Piran, Gul Angus and Batkhela Bazaar while Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will address the people in Sakhakot, Dargai Phatak and Batkhela Bazaar,” PPP said in a statement issued on its official twitter handle.
The venue for the PDM rally in Malakand has been changed from Zafar Park to GT Road in Batkhela area of the city. The new jalsa venue is being set with chairs, banners, sound system and lights. The jalsa will now be arranged at Swat Expressway Toll Plaza.

Mufti Kifayatullah said 10,000 chairs will be placed at the jalsa venue.
Malakand Subedar Major said they could not provide security to the jalsa venue as 600 personnel are deployed for a polio campaign starting from Tuesday (tomorrow).
The TV channel reported that a convoy of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) left for PDM meeting amid workers chanted anti-government slogans.
Malik Jahanzeb is leading dozens of vehicles in the convoy.
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief and PDM president Maulana Fazlur Rehman and other heads of the opposition parties will address the public meeting.
