Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and his wife Qaisara Elahi approached the Lahore High Court (LHC) against the rejection of their nomination papers.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, former federal minister Fawad Chaudhary has also challenged the rejection of his nomination papers in the same court.
The channel report said that a three-member bench headed by Justice Ali Baqer Najafi will hear the petitions. Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan and Justice Jawad Hassan will also be a part of the three-member bench.
