Ex-Minister for Narcotics Control Shehryar Afridi’s application for bail in the attack case on General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi Monday was rejected by the Anti-Terrorism Court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Special Judge Hamid Hussain declared the verdicts. The accused Afridi’s Judicial Remand was also extended till July 24th on the request of the Police.
The court also demanded challan of the accused arrested in the GHQ Rawalpindi attack case.
Accused Shehryar Afridi was presented in the court from Adiala jail under heavy security.
The R.A Bazar Police filed a case against Afridi after the happenings of May 9.
