After the tenure of Election Commission of Pakistan Secretary Omar Hamid Khan came to an end, the position at the commission has fallen vacant, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
Sources said that ECP Secretary Omar Hamid’s two-year contract came to an end on July 8 and after the expiry of his tenure, the secretary’s position fell vacant.
The establishment division will appoint a new secretary to replace Mr Hamid, sources added.
