A Pakistani student was brutally killed by his roommate in Oslo, Norway, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.
According to reports, the student namely Muhammad Muneeb Ahmed aged 27 was stabbed to death by his Sri Lankan roommate on July 3.
Muneeb came to Norway in 2021 for a Master's studies in electrical engineering at the University of Southeast Norway.
A young man with ambitions for a bright future was conferred with his master's degree last week. He was living in an apartment located in the Vestli area in Oslo.
Hearing the noise, the neighbors called the police. The police arrested the killer red-handed. The police could not ascertain the cause of death so far.
A wave of fear has been spread among the students after this sad incident. The dead body of the deceased has been sent to Pakistan for burial.
The grieving parents are waiting for their beloved son’s body in Pakistan. They demanded the Norway government for justice.
Police said that an investigation of the incident is going on and more details will be released soon.
