Woman also appointed as LHC Registrar

The newly-appointed first female chief justice of Lahore High Court, Justice Aalia Neelum, has also appointed a woman civil judge as registrar of the LHC, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In her first administrative order, Justice Aalia Neelum who took oath of her office on Thursday morning, appointed Ms Abher Gul Khan as the new LHC Registrar.

Abher Gul Khan was currently serving as district and sessions judge. She will replace Abdur Rashid Abid as LHC Registrar.
