Punjab launches Electricity Complaint Portal

Punjab government launched Electricity Complaint Portal on Wednesday where citizens can lodge their complaints regarding the electricity issues.

Punjab Energy Minister Dr Muhammad Akhtar Malik inaugurated the portal at a ceremony held in his office in Lahore.

The service will be available for Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Nankana and Sheikhupura in the first phase.

Punjab Additional Chief Secretary Energy Irum Bukhari said, “In phase one, the facility is available for consumers residing at Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Nankana and Sheikhupura.”

In a tweet posted she thanked all team members who worked tirelessly to convert this idea into reality
