On the issue of police action in parliament lodges, joint opposition has decided to hold countrywide protest demonstrations on Sunday.
The 24News HD TV Channel reported that a special meeting of legal experts of opposition parties was held at Zardari House in Islamabad on Friday evening.
Pakistan People’s Party Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari presided over the meeting while the party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also attended it.
In the meeting, the opposition parties’ legal experts and other leaders discussed the legal and constitutional issues 4related to the No-Confidence Motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The opposition’s meeting discussed the matter to hold a legal fight regarding the parliament lodges issue too.
The meeting also reviewed the legal issues related to the No-Confidence Motion.
This was suggested in the meeting that if the ruling party brought 10,000 workers on the day of no-confidence then the opposition parties would bring 100,000 workers to Islamabad.
In the meeting, Farooq H Naik, Kamran Murtaza, Naveed Qamar, Ayaz Sadiq, Murtaza Wahab, Manzoor Afridi, Azam Nazir Tarar, Ata Tarar and others participated to coin their legal opinions.
