Yar shows solidarity with Fazl

Noted politician Yar Muhammad Rind met JUI chief Fazlur Rehman at his residence in Islamabad.

Fazlur Rehman welcomed Yar Muhammad Rind who presented a bouquet to the former.

Talking to the media after the meeting, Yar Muhammad Rind said he visited Fazlur Rehman to express solidarity and condemned police action at parliament lodges.

He said he felt strong concerns for Fazlur Rehman and his allies

“We were very worried. Thank God! He is safe,” he said adding that

“I have been an MP for nine terms. Party does not mean that we are slaves.

He said the no-confidence motion has been tabled in Parliament and the decision on the matter in due course.

Fazlur Rehman heaped praise on Yar Muhammad Rind for maintaining political tradition and norms.

He said time will tell the fate of the persons dominating now. 

The federal capital police took JUI wing Ansarul Islam member out of the parliament lounges Thursday night.

As police entered the area opposition members resisted the police action, resulting in a chaotic situation.

The lawmen were accused of manhandling the lawmakers while the former said the latter hindered the law to take its course.
